This piece is one of four faeries from the second series of "Bubble Riders"

Nte, as you can see from the original artwork (lower down the page), this wasn't actually painted as a bubble rider! it's a pity because I would have liked to have seen this piece sculpted closer to the art with the wolf and possibly the dragon too and minus the wings.
