This was only available to club members via mail order, this was the first and last time this was ever done and it makes this piece very sought after but it sometimes sell's for silly money Also note this piece was never numbered but they were all personally signed by Andrew Bill. A picture of this piece was put on a collectors plate released by Danbury Mint |
