KAAMIL

GUARDIAN OF THE RUNES

At a sacred time, chosen young men eager to prove their manhood, are given a beautifully carved rune stone by the elders of the village, upon it scribed omens and wishes by the people of the village.  The young mans task takes him over inhospitable terrain to the very heart of Dragongorge, where, with other members of villages, lay the sacred stone before the guardian, Kaamil, who, perched high upon ancient runes laid long past, will guard the villages request, along with a small offering and return the young man with a small crystal shard whose power would grant the villages wishes until the time came for another offering.
