(SACRED GUARDIAN)

A crashing flame and beating wings filled the smoke-ridden air as Sallachiel of the sacred Guardians of Dragons, wreaked havoc upon the township of Kalej without mercy; without emotion, wasting stone ramparts as if they were paper, destroying everything in her path just for the greed of one man.

People fled for their lives in all directions, sometimes falling, as a white hot wall of fire stopped them in their tracks.  This mighty beast was enraged, searching for the one who had broken a sacred law, defying the sacred grounds of dragons, killing her counterpart in the process.

The law had stood for generations, but tales of untold wealth and wisdom had spread, of dragons’ secrets in their final place of rest.  It was only a matter of time and lust before someone would take the bait.

Hismoor, a seasoned, travelled warrior, defiled the law and upon returning, with laden saddlebags and a dragon’s horns, had brought a terrible curse wherever he travelled and a hefty price upon his head.

And so it was Sallachiel whose oath was to search for this murderer, to return what was taken and to cleanse Hismoors path with flame, no matter what the cost.
