OTHER INFORMATION

This was the 2001 paint your own piece and was only available at the Extravaganza

No matter how much I tried to get an 'EN' number for this piece from Royal Doulton, I always got a "I don't know" response, so I guess we'll never know.

It came with a separate Gemstone and a metal sword so you could paint the piece and then glue the stone & sword in place. It was by far the best paint your own piece ever made

There were to be a few sold on the QVC Shopping channel that were painted red but they never appeared - See more information and pictures at the bottom of this page

Below is the official photo of Vendetta which also shows a painted version in blue and yellow

Below is the 'Vendetta' that was painted to be sold on the QVC Shopping Channel but never appeared, the piece failed QVC's drop test for packaging so QVC were going to put them on a later show with new packaging but this never happened. Eventually they turned up in America because Doug Mitchell bought them all and he sold them through The Dragonsite which is ironic because the Dragonsite is a rival to Enchantica, Phil and Dea Holland weren't too happy about it because they thought they had put their Enchantica background behind them and here they were selling Enchantica on their website.

They are limited to 100 pieces and each one is numbered.

The cost of the piece from the Dragonsite was $132.50 including postage to the UK. (the cost if you live in America was $82.50)
