EN3026 - The Summoned

Many practitioners of the Dark Arts still inhabit the lands of Enchantica. They are generally to be found within covens. But the most dangerous are those that work alone. These are the warlocks, alchemists and sorcerers, shunned by their own kind, who pour their every waking moment into reading and studying ancient, forbidden tomes. For in the legends of the Dark Arts, it is said, that it is possible for a mortal to recite, ‘The Language of the Dragons’. With this power one would be invincible and could hold the world to ransom. For, with the legion of dragons at your command no one would dare oppose. And it is with this quest that all who have endeavoured upon it has met his demise. Unknown to them, the summoning spell must be chanted once and once only, from atop the ‘Calling tower’, situated on the North East cliffs, overlooking Dragongorge. And any of the spell spoken, even in a whisper, be it in memorising or preparation would bring forth a Varrazauga (lion dragon), whose ferocity is legend. For in truth, what dragon would wish to be at the whims of a mere mortal?

OTHER INFORMATION

Continuing Xystos' trend of getting a piece "Designed" by a known Enchantica sculptor to have a "Name" on the piece but going down the cheaper road of getting a sculptor in the far east to actually sculpt it!

(All photos of the production version of The Summoned were taken by me at the Dragon Alley event in Pembroke in July 2007)

Below are photos of an unpainted white with the stained glass window still intact

Showing the window as one piece without the shattered area missing

Showing the shattered remains of the stained glass window

And again, annoyingly having John J. Woodwards signature on the base to fool people in to thinking that he sculpted it
