SCULPTOR PROFILE'S
ANDREW HULL
Andy started sculpting Enchantica in 1990 after working on HSC's small animals the first of which was a frog which was then followed by a swan, owl and then a mouse, one of his first major works was a setting with three pigs. He sculpted many Snappa's, Rattajack's and Spirits of the crystals at the beginning and he was then given a chance to work on a range of his own called 'Nature Sports' but it was the 'Fables' range that got him noticed among fantasy collectors, the idea was thought of for the range in 1992 and the first piece to be released was 'Sprightly', he attended many promotional shows and Extravaganzas promoting both Enchantica and his own Fables range and was always very friendly but in 2000 RD decided to discontinue the entire Fables range and he left RD/HSC but it is said by RD that he will freelance for them.
He now works at Cobridge Stoneware which is part of Moorcroft Potteries.
During his stay at the company Andy sculpted 36 pieces of Enchatica along with his ranges of Fables and Natures Sports.
His other interests include Tennis and Amateur dramatics.
