JOSEPH BAILEY
I don't know a great deal about Joe but he has been an occasional sculptor for the Enchantica range since his first pieces were released in 1993.
He attended his first Extravaganza at the 2001 event.
He also sculpted a range of four element Dragons for Danbury Mint that were designed by John J. Woodward.
