OTHER INFORMATION |

The African
great lizards seem to have been of a much
more aggressive temperament than their European
counterparts. It's large wingspan enabled
it to soar over the plains covering great
distances, following the migrating herds.
Unlike snakes, cheetas and lions, these
reptiles are thought to have a very high
success rate, with few selected meals escaping.
Although with the largest fossil measuring
in at 19.76 meters (about 64. 7 feet),
tip to tail, these predators need not pray
only on the weak.
