Being a Wizard’s cat can be a chancy business, but at least life is never dull. To a curious feline the laboratory may be a wonderful place full of strange sights, sound and smells, but it can also be a dangerous place, as experiments can, and frequently do, go wrong. Merlyn may be awakened by deafening thunder flashes, showers of evil potion, or the sudden appearance of some magical image conjured up by his mystical master. Despite all this Merlyn has a cozy life, and wouldn’t care to live anywhere else, even though his nine lives are rapidly being used up!
