This was the collectors club redemption piece for 1992 - Early versions came with a greeny/blue ice spear but later versions came with a better ice blue spear.
The reason for this was the first clear resins that were used had a yellow tone and when the blue dye was mixed it made the greeny blue tones of the early versions, but the clear resins that were used later were truly clear so that when the blue dye was added it was true blue.

Once apon a time I used to think that the Ice Demon looked pretty mean but when compared to the Ice Demon (EN2239) released a few years later it looks like a tame little puppy (well OK, not quite but you can see what I mean from the picture below)
