Beast of the Night

Many creatures are borne on the night’s air when the twin moons are full and cast their eerie pall upon the still, moonlit land.  Few dragons are feared as he whose heart is as black as pitch and eyes that shine with a cold malevolent fire from out of which shines not one ounce of mercy… he is known as Nosfertus, beast of the night.

Myths and legends have always spoken of he that comes shrouded in darkness, some believe that he is the last of his breed, others that he is an immortal alone to wander all eternity on the cold midnight winds.

It is written that he dwells deep within the cavernous mountains of Dragongorge sleeping by day but awakening with a mighty roar at night as a warning to any unfortunate man or beast that the evening stars shall very soon be blotted from the very heavens by his massive predatory silhouette.
