EN2174 - Dragonbrood
DRAGONBROOD
Dragon eggs are laid in hatches and the hatchlings greet their new environments together. There is no rivalry with new born broods; however, there is always one dominant (which tends to be the female), to which the others look for guidance in their new world. It is to her that the food is given and then shared with the other young.
The nesting period lasts for 11 months and by which time the dragons are big, strong and competent flyers to leave their initial home, to go their separate ways into the world and forgetting whatever bonding they had to their brothers and sisters, to become solitary denizens of the skies above Enchantica.
