EN3014 - Filashk
After the sacking of the great city of Eyesand, the Dragon host dispersed and returned to the caves and cliff ledges to continue the timeless ritual of their long lives. They soon forgot about the smouldering ruin and the war with the people who once lived there, That is until a few dragon species decided that broken walls nd blackened windows were not that dissimilar to their own cliffs and caves and began to inhabit the old ruin.
Being intensely curious the dragons explored what was left of the ancient corridors and deep chambers and came across great stores of grain and wine, abandoned by their fleeing owners; but most exciting of all - secret hoards of gold and treasure were uncovered, amassed by rich merchants who had been forced to leave them behind.
If there is one thing that is guaranteed to cause normally peaceful dragons to quarrel like avaricious children, it is gold and jewels. As soon as the treasure was discovered the strongest and most powerful beasts waded in and claimed as much of the sparkling wealth for themselves.

OTHER INFORMATION |
*This was the first club piece to appear for a long time, thanks to Xystos reviving the popular collectors club in 2007... unfortunately they closed the club after just one year and then in February 2008 they re-released the piece as a general release piece!!! Filashk has been made to fit together with the 2008 club piece Zorgromn, (Zorgromn in was in fact originally going to be the redemption piece for 2007 but someone changed that plan and decided to hold it back as the 2008 club piece instead but then closed the club) |
Below is the artwork by Rob Simpson of both Zorgromn & Filashk
This piece came with the full colour card folder type certificate
Plus is also came with a thick display card with the same story that is printed on certificate, the card has a fold out piece on the back so that it can be stood up
The photos below are of an original colourway taken in November 2005
Below are photos of the original master
