- Sylvan Skelf - Dragonet of
the Woodrealm
As I gazed from my window one chill winter's
night not so very long ago, I was certain I glimpsed a strange little
'bird' midst the trees in their white drapes of snow. It hopped from slim
branches to snow laden boughs in search of safe refuge - a temporary
house: but alas, he did fail so with a flick of his tail into the night
skies did go.
I've spied this 'bird' since, midst the foliage and
leaves in spring, also summer and fall. He always seems restless, this
fidgety thing whilst dodging through treetops so tall. His camouflage
alters as seasons grow old: his chameleon skin mimics both heat and
cold: you may also spy him - regardless the season as I'm sure he visits
us all! (but he is a master of disguise!)

The
photos below are of an unpainted white,
this is a reject piece because the tail
of the adult dragon is out of line so the
piece was never fettled and the base wasn't
levelled.
In
the two pictures below you can clearly see
that the tail doesn't align and so the piece
never got fettled off
The
base was never sanded down either
