As head of the Wizards Guild, Rimbaugh's responsibilities incluyde keeping a library of the accumulated knowledge of all his members. Carefully andjealously he watches over the leather bound volumes allowing only those people he knows and trusts to gain access the the powerful knowledge they contain. Rimbaugh is further charged with the task of examining youn hopefuls seeking to become accredited magicians and alchemists. This duty he performs mercilessley, sending candidates back to their masters for further training should one careless answer pass their lips.
