Big update today... Four completely new sections
This started out as just a single section for the Nene Thomas figures not produced by the Dragonsite, but since the same company (Add an Accent) made Jessica Galbreth figures too I decided to add them as well. Then I saw they did Amy Brown figures and this caused me a problem... I've been wanting to add figures based on Amy Browns art for such a long time because I've loved her artwork for years but I didn't like the figures by add an accent! so I was left with the choice of either leaving them off for now or adding them but not doing an update until I'd worked on the more complex section for another company who make much better Amy Brown figures (Signature Series Statuary)... I went with the latter because I wanted Amy Browns art to be shown off and it was no good just doing the Nene and Jessica pieces for add an accent when people would ask about why I'd left Amy's piece out.
I'll be totally honest here and say that I'm not a great fan of the Add an Accent stuff but I thought it only fair that I add them to the site to show that there are other figures out there based on these three artists work. I personally feel that when Nene and Jessicas work for Add an Accent is compared to the Dragon site releases, you can see a vast difference in quality of sculptures and painting and the same goes with the Amy Brown figures compared to the Signature series figures
(Add An Accent Section) - Three sections in one here. These are all official photos superimposed onto my blue background, I've virtually just made a simple online catalogue for Nene Thomas Pieces, Jessica Galbreth Pieces and Amy Brown Pieces.
Sizes and release dates haven't been added mainly because I don't know them! there are many conflicting sites giving different sizes and the official site gives general sizes for different ranges! you can virtually say that all the pieces are between 12cm (5") and 15cm (6"). the sections are not as in depth as I usually like to do but at least there is now a full catalogue of pieces.
There are photos of one of Nene's Anime Fairys (Burgundy Wine) which were supplied by fellow collector Aldana many moons ago and she will be sending me a few more to add soon, also I hope to add my own photos of of a few other pieces like the Carousel Horses that I know some collectors have but I don't intend to go overboard with this section but I will add my own photos of pieces if I get a chance to take any.
(Amy Brown Signature Series Statuary Section) - One complete new section here. Now this is more like it, unfortunately these are all official photos superimposed onto my blue background again, but the catalogue is much more in depth with prices, sizes, release dates and notes etc... there are some gaps which really need filling but until I find the information there is nothing I can do! so if you have any extra info for me to fill in some missing sizes and release dates or production numbers I'd be really grateful. I'd also like to know if I'm missing out any pieces from the list.
I emailed Signature Series about using their photos but I got no response at all so I'm hoping they don't come back to me saying I didn't ask for permission but hopefully they will like what they see and I am promoting their stuff and their website is mentioned on most of the pages so they shouldn't complain.
I'll be adding my own photos of Gothic soon as I'm waiting for my piece to arrive plus I'm after a few others, Aldana will be supplying photos of Red Queen and Dan will be supplying photos of a few of the other pieces soon too. If anyone in the UK has or knows anyone who has a good or full collection, I'd be very interested so that I could get photos of them.

Not a big update today, I've just done a much needed revamp of the Links Page. I've tidied it up a lot and given it a simpler look plus I've removed the dead links to sites that no longer exist and I've added a lot more links to Fantasy artists and other sites. I've also grouped the links to make it easier to find what you want. I'll be adding a lot more links soon too but I probably won't announce it here

(Enchantica section) - It's about time I did an update with my own photos instead of someone elses, so this, the second update of today and two updates tomorrow will be my photos.
Photos added of the production version of EN3014 Filashk, the 2007 collectors club piece, (i've left the photos of the pre-production piece and the master on the page too) I've also slotted it into its proper place in the catalogue now that I have it's EN number. Also included is the story from the certificate and photos of the certificate along with photos of a display card that seems to be getting packed in with the new Enchantica pieces, this has the story printed on it as well as a photo of the piece and has a fold out flap on the back of the card so that it can be stood up
Now this one I debated with myself over for a long time wether I should post the photos yet or not... Zorgromn the 2008 collectors club piece! the reason I've decided to include it is because with the new enchantica pieces you get a little booklet showing what else is available and there is a photo of it in there so I feel that if they can make it public then there is nothing to stop me from posting them too. Zorgromn has been made to fit together with the 2007 club piece Filashk, in fact it was originally going to be the redemption piece for 2007 but someone changed that plan and decided to hold it back as the 2008 club piece instead

(Genesis Creation Ltd Section) - Photos added of a couple of the Gargoyles, firstly Smaik i've been hunting Smaik down for ages, it means I now have a full set of Genesis Gargoyles in the original grey stone colours (just got to find a replacement for "Skran" because the one I have is a damaged piece) and secondly Mirky these photos of Mirky replace the ones I had up before and are much better and larger. All I need to do now is find 5 of the Gargoyles in clarecraft colours (and the replacement Skran).

I will never buy another piece from this range because of the paint quality. please read my notes on the page. This is a sad state of affairs because I really wanted to promote this company!

(Dragon Bones section) - more of an announcement than an update really, the Dragon Bones line has been resurrected... well they never really went away but they did seem to fade out of site for a while which was a shame because I really like them, especially the packing crate packaging.
James Brierley has passed the banner over to Adrian Donati (UK owner of the Dragonsite) and the range is to be relaunched under the Dragonsites UK parent company name "Fantasy Gifts Limited" a lot has to be decided regarding release dates and new pricing plans etc... but at least the range now has a fresh set of legs to keep them going.
It is also hoped that James Brierley and Andrew Bill will both (or at least one of them) sculpt a few new pieces to liven the range up again to regain some interest.
I've updated the main pages to include contact details for Fantasy Gifts Ltd (these replace the original Elite Gift Boxes information, plus I've also mentioned the change over on the "About" page.

These are all just a basic set ups at the moment with official photos (superimposed on my blue background) I will add sizes and prices etc... as soon as possible and hopefully sometime this month I will be able to replace the photos with my own. I've also added any original art for those I had it for, the rest will be added as soon as possible (I've just not had the time to get them together yet)
The full catalogue's for all four sections have also had a slight tidy up with all the thumbnails remade so that they all have the same colour blue background instead of various shades! it's just a minor thing but they look better... just me on a neatness purge!!

This was the last piece Andrew Sculpted before Royal Doulton made him redundant and withdrew the range so it never got released.

For as long as Sue wants to do this we will keep updating the list for you but if she gets fed up (because it is a big task and one I don't have the time for myself) then it will be removed when it gets too outdated but it helps me for when people email me for prices I'll be able to just link them to the price page :-D

This is the only piece Andrew Bill ever got back in one piece

All Geomites & Footers section revamped with larger photos, many of them new especially all the Footer ones, and the Blue Tubit, also new background, fonts and Genesis logo. All three Footers have been combined on one page instead of being split between three. Also Geomite & Footer catalogue menu has been slightly tidyied and the thumbnail pictures combined from 4 separate ones (one for each colour) down to 1 single one
Fantasy Castles section slightly revamped with new background, fonts and Genesis logo (this is the next section I'll work on with new and larger photos)

Dragonet section - slightly revamped with new background, fonts and Genesis logo, this section will take me a while to get up and running fully in revamped state because I will be retaking most of the photos so please be patient, same goes for nesslet section too

(Genesis Creation Ltd Section) - All new index page created for the Genesis Section, this is much easier to see the different sections and the new sub-sections I've added, and it looks more professional too.
The new sub-sections I've added are for the Clarecraft pieces, the Clarecraft sculpted pieces have their own section as always but I've also given the 'Dragon Shenanigans' their own section and I've created a separate section for the Clarecraft 'Home Dragons' which were a final attempt to remarket some of the pieces, these were just new colours on old pieces so I've also kept the photos of the Home Dragons in the normal Dragonet sections too but I just thought I'd make it clearer which ones are home dragons by giving them their own sub-section.
Another completely new section has finally been added for 'The Mins' these were very early Genesis Creations pieces by Carol Lynn Penny and they were long over due to be added to the site, so this revamp has given me the chance to add them.
Also added is a little bit of text about both Genesis Creations and Exodus Designs on a separate 'About' page (the Genesis text was originally on the main opening page but I've wrote a little bit about the Exodus pieces and put them both on a page of their own.

This really just leaves me to retake photos of most of the Nesslets/Draglets & the Dragonets (including all the Clarecraft off shoots) but as I've mentioned before, this will take a bit of time! But at least now the Genesis section is looking more like a proper part of the site rather than an add-on bit

(Genesis Creation Ltd Section) - Photos added of the Geomite Geode Scene I've been after this piece for such a long time that I was beginning to think it never made it to production but after many years searching I finally have one.
And now a couple of oddities:
Photos added of Fantasy Castle Fortress Odhar but cast in a translucent blue/green/ice resin so it looks like an Ice Fortess
Photos added of a Geomite Orbit but this one is apparently one of the pieces that was given to the artists when Genesis Creations ceased, they were painted to look like pool balls and the one I have is cast in yellow resin!

This is also the start of the piece profile pages revamp so all future piece updates will get the new look and I'll slowly revamp all the pages eventually.
The new look revamped pages start with new photos replaced of EN3013 Craagnagars Gate , EN3019 Rashyr, Stein & Tankard - All these photos are of my pieces.

New revamped look given to the Full Catalogue & the rest of the sub-menu pages like Banfs & Terragons & Seasons etc... (it's not worth listing them all because you can go to the main index page and have a look around for yourself. Also added an extra sub-menu on the index page for the Jewellery.
This just leaves the Sculptors profiles to be revamped and updated, and all the individual piece profiles to be revamped (this bit will take some time) and the artwork/whites/different colour pieces pages to get new backgrounds and just a little bit of tidying of different little bits

(Enchantica section) - The Sculptors profile section has been fully revamped and updated with the addition of Tom Raine to the list for his one piece and an 'unknown' page to list all the Chinese sculpted pieces.
This section took much longer to revamp than I expected because there was so much missing from Andrew Bill, Rob Simpson & John Woodwards list of pieces (my own fault for not updating it on a regular basis) - plus I was chatting on the forum when I should have been working on the update ;-)

I've also decided that any photos I didn't replace with larger photos on the last revamp back at the end of 2005 will be changed in this revamp, it's also a much harder and longer task to revamp the pages because unlike the repaints, whites & art sections, this isn't just a change of background and text font, it's virtually a complete re-write of every single page from scratch so this is going to take a LONG time to finish

Revamp of all the Beaker & Coaster pages also added, unfortunately I can't find the original photos I took so I can replace the small photos, so I will have to retake them at some point! So for now it's just a change of background but I did find photos of the base of the coasters so I've added those to the pages

(Enchantica section) - I finally worked on a button to get to the Extravaganza/show/auction pages on the index page, it's a photo of the crowd at one of the extravaganza auctions with a picture of an auctioneers gavel over the top of it
Plus, in my attempt to make certain items easier to find, I've added two complete new sub-sections - Original Wax Sculpture and Masters. They both have nothing new photo wise but it just makes it easier to look at them in here instead of searching through the whole catalogue for them (like I did with the Whites sub-section) I do have a few more waxes to add from the collectors club newsletters and a few other places but i'll do that later

'Staffordian' - This piece will only be available at the Dragonsite event held at the Floatel on the 7th of October 2007 and nowhere else, this will become a true collactable among fantasy and Andrew Bill collectors. The other special thing about this piece is that it is designed, sculpted, produced and painted entirely in the UK

(TSL Piece Section) - Long overdue photos added of a few TSL 'Totems'
One owned by Rebecca Murray one by Les Westley and a standard painted piece owned by Amber Racy and another standard one owned by Nightwind.
Photos also added of a special piece owned by Rebecca Murray, this one was cast with a white resin body and clear resin wings! I only have photos of the piece unpainted at the moment, when I get good photos of it painted I will add them.

( Jenny Oliver Faeries section) - It's been a long time since I did anything to this section but for any collectors of this range this is quite an exciting/interesting update. All the unreleased Gaylord Ho sculpted pieces have been split up from the single page into six separate pages, one for each piece. The reason for this is because Rob Simpson has supplied me with photos of the original wax sculptures for five of them (two of which photos of the pieces have never been seen by the public before) so they now deserve their own individual pages.
Photos of the wax sculptures added for the following pieces: Water Faerie (version 1), Ice Faerie, Secret Treasures, Water Faerie (Version 2) This is the first time photos of this piece have been made public! & Mushroom Faerie This is also the first time photos of this piece have been made public!
The only Gaylord Ho sculpted piece I don't have wax photos of is Elixir but I've still given it its own page and made the existing photos larger.
Four extra photos added of the James Brierley sculpted version of Secret Treasures, these are close-ups of a 'Master' that had been modified with a new head and wings and a few other details but it still wasn't good enough to release.
This only leaves me with one piece to find photos of and that's the unreleased Jenny Oliver sculpted piece called 'Jasmine', this is the only piece sculpted by Jenny Oliver that was never released, so if anyone knows of a photo of it I'd love to see it to complete the section.

(Bookwyrms Section) - Just for something different... I've added a new function to the Bookwyrms catalogue, there are now two ways to view it, firstly by flicking through a 'Book' by turning the pages or by using the standard list catalogue.
The 'Book' is just for fun really but I think it suits the section

Second piece owned by Ivo added, The request was for winter colours for Christmas so Rob Simpson the sculptor went a step further to make this a unique piece and added some extra resin on the scroll to create the effect of snow, this was painted by Tina Sherratt.

(TSL Piece Section) - Continuing the photos of collectors pieces of TSL 'Scribe'
Another special piece owned by me added, this one has all the embossed writing on the scroll removed by Rob Simpson so that I could have a map painted on to it, it was painted by Tina Sherratt.
Also extra photos added of my Scribe in clear resin these photos show it lit up in various colours.

(Bookwyrms Section) - I've added a new section for artist proofs & repainted pieces.
There is only one piece in the section so far but there will be a second soonish
The first piece is Crouching Dragon, Hidden Tiger which was painted for me by Tina Sherratt but it wasn't what I asked for at all so it is up for sale and I'm going to do another one myself.
